Orders placed online can only be sent via USPS Ground Shipping.

Processing time will depend on the order in production queue, quantity, and design complexity. Each of our items are custom made-to-order so please give it a maximum 5 business days turnaround time before your orders get shipped. We will notify customers if there are any unforeseen delay.
Products, unless RTS (Ready To Ship), are only added to the production queue upon receipt of payment.
Services, are commenced upon approval of written requirements by both parties and receipt of payment.
