Due to the nature of the product (made-to-order), refunds, returns and/or exchanges are not allowed.

Exceptions for Refunds

• Applicable for products we currently get sold out of. Website does not automatically update inventory so we reserve the right to cancel the order and send the customer a payment refund. 
• Applicable if delivery address is currently out-of-serviceable area via shipping method
• Option will be available for customers if processing will take longer than 5-7 days. We will always keep you posted.
